Dos & D Uncut returns with a vengeance after a few weeks of interviews and this is a good one!

Firstly, catch up on all the latest Dos & D news including Dos' permanent return to Melbourne, big nights out and behind the scenes of the latest Dos & D scandal including a former guest.

We are approaching the ten year mark since we left high school and you know what that means...high school reunions. Dos is contemplating attending his upcoming reunion but after searching the internet and finding some horror stories, we may have talked him out of it!

Summer is fast approaching here in Australia and the warmer weather always lifts the moods. We, however, found a few things (and people) to be cautious of when you hit the beaches this summer. Take note of them!

Is stealing ever acceptable? Should you always own up to it? When does it cross the line? We are all prone to accidentally walking out of the self-service at the supermarket and realising you haven't paid, but we share some experiences that are on that fine line of forgivable and naughty. See what you think.

#167 - Nathan Freeman - Managing AFL’s Biggest Stars & Inside The Breath Haus

Nathan Freeman is the co-founder of The Breath Haus, Former AFL Player for Collingwood & St Kilda & Former Player Manager at Connors Sports Management.

It was awesome to sit down and chat with Nath and cover the multiple facets of his career to date. Although in 3 quite unique areas, in a way they all play a huge part in who he is and what he's doing today.

Firstly, we hear about his AFL career. But this isn’t the normal story we usually hear with our guests about their achievements in the sport.

Nath was a high draft pick in 2013 with big expectations on his back. But due to constant injuries and a luckless career due to his body letting him down, this is a story of frustration and the lengths he went to do get himself right while battling with identity.

The second part is the transition into his player management career, and boy this is fascinating!

Nath takes us behind the scenes as to what really goes on as a manager and brings a new perspective to the industry with the insides of managing some of the biggest stars in the sport.

And thirdly, we hear about his current project which is the Breath Haus.

You’ll hear all about the incredible work they’re doing, why they do so much community work for free, and the unbelievable health benefits of breath work that is often unspoken about and changed Nathan’s life and so many he works with.

John "Sam" Newman is a former 300 game legend of the Geelong Football Club and AFL Hall of Famer. He was the star of "The Footy Show" for 25 years and is the host of the controversial podcast "You Cannot Be Serious".

Whether you love him or hate him, there really is only on Sam Newman.

We were honoured to be welcomed into Sam's studio and generously be given some of his time. And as it usually is in the life of Sam, he is in the news currently.

But hopefully after listening to this podcast, you will see a few different sides to Sam and in some instances, moments that humanise him from the stoic man that he is.

From the hilarious Footy Show stories that left us with tears of laughter, to the reflective stories of some of his great mates like Eddie McGuire, Jason Dunstall & Shane Crawford, when Sam gets on a humorous run, you can't slow him down!

Just to set the scene...we were coming off two interviews. One with Boxing legend Jeff Horn and the other with the very loose Julian Woods. If you've heard the episode, you'll know what we mean.

Nathan Foley is a singer, songwriter, performer and original star of children's entertainment supergroup, Hi-5!

Coming off the success of his recent album "Hurricane", it was great to sit down with Nathan and chat all things music and performing.

For all those who grew up with and were fans of Hi-5, you will not be disappointed as Nathan shared some awesome backstage stories from the days in the group. From how he was casted, to the unpredictability of the children in the live audience, we got a wide range of stories.

He shared the famous Hi-5 song he wrote that he is most proud of, the crazy schedule they lived and even how they were paid.

But we went far deeper than just Hi-5.

Nathan shared the bullying he received while growing up with the love of performing and the frustration he once encountered as he felt he wasn't taken seriously as a musician with the attachment of being in a children's group.

Plus, we talked about the artists that have inspired him the most, his songwriting process, his latest album and even touring.

Nathan is both humble and incredibly nice while not being afraid to speak his mind and we can't thank him enough for sharing some time with us.

Jeff Horn is the Former WBO Welterweight Champion & Professional Boxer. He finished his professional career with a record of 20 (13 by KO) - 3 - 1.

We were lucky enough to sit down with Jeff while in Brisbane and reminisce on his incredible career, life & achievements thus far.

From being bullied as a kid and learning self-defence, to becoming World Champion and everything in between, Jeff shared it all.

Jeff took us behind the scenes of the historic day he defeated legendary Manny Pacquiao to become World Champion. From the preparation, the build up, the crazy crowd and the final decision, it was amazing to hear it from his perspective.

But outside of his accolades, we heard what it takes to become an elite boxer.

Jeff shared the grueling times of cutting weight before a fight, boxing phycology, having to sell your own tickets in the early days and even sparring with cocky up and comers that are trying to make a name for themselves.

We touched on the concussion debate, the dream fight he wish he had and the one opponent in the ring Jeff really felt had a problem with him!

You will love this episode whether you follow the sport or not as Jeff is so lovable and humble!

We also had a look at the worst attempts of scamming the internet has to offer. From fake celebrities to family members back from the dead, we found some of the funniest examples of scamming gone wrong!

Dos & D also took each other on in the "What's That?" challenge. How many times could we say those words in a phone conversation without being hung up on? Not only did we prank our family, but we went one on one with some local eateries the target.

How many times in your life have you told a white lie to get out of work, an event or a date? We give you the top 10 ways to get out of things you really don't want to attend. However, we can't guarantee they work...
