#40 - Finding Comfort in your Independence
Monday May 03, 2021
Monday May 03, 2021
On this episode of the show, the boys are back together and discussing Dos' recent 10 days mostly on his own trip.
They talk about being comfortable in just your own presence and some of the advantages and disadvantages of being on your own.
It can be so hard spending time in total thought and we often find ways to distract us from ourselves. But there is so much power about being confident in yourself and the clarity in which it brings when you get a deeper understanding of what makes you happy and what is most important to you.
As per usual, the boys have plenty of laughs as they share stories from the past and open up in vulnerability.
Enjoy the show.
