Don Elgin is a 4 time Paralympic Games Medalist. He won silver at Athens 2004 and bronze in both Athens and the famous Sydney Paralympics in 2000. Outside of the Paralympics, Don’s athletic career speaks for itself with an impressive record at the IPC Athletics World Championships, most notably winning Gold in Berlin.
But beyond all his amazing sporting accolades, it’s Don’s heart, attitude and story that touches so many people worldwide and that’s what you’re going to hear today.
Don Shares his emotional story with us of being born without a thumb and a lower part of his leg and the difficulty he faced as a child. From being horrendously bullied to contemplating the method he would take his own life, growing up wasn't easy for Don.
But the shift in perspective his family gave him kickstarted Don’s athletic career and life mission which now you’ll never meet a happier guy with a stronger mindset.
This chat had it all. Don shared some amazing tips on goal setting, how to overcome failure, victim mindset and how to break out of it as well as some laughs and highlights of his sporting career.
He shared behind the scenes of the Sydney Olympic Games and what it is like medaling at an Olympics. But he also shared the brutal downs athletes face when it doesn’t go their way.

Frankie has worked with some of the biggest brands both here in Australia and overseas and is absolutely crushing it. She was even the face of The Australian Open!

Welcome to a very special milestone episode of The Dos & D Show. We made it to 100 episodes!
it has been an amazing ride, so for this one, we're taking a trip down memory lane as we look back at the journey so far.
We look back at the genesis of the show and why we started and what our initial mission was. And of course the early issues we faced. From technical difficulties and lock downs to break ups. We've had it all.
We reminisce on moving in together just over a year ago and how that changed our show. From the big name interviews that have walked through the doors to our most whacky, silly and vulnerable chats between just the two of us, a lot has happened at this place.
Plus we share some of the stories we haven't shared from our trip to the UK which will make you laugh.
On top of all of that, we have a great chat about why it is so important to go after your passion and why consistency is key. We share our highs and lows of doing what we do. Which most people experience when doing something they love which is against the social norm.
There are plenty of laughs on this one as well as a few famous voices you may recognise. So keep an ear out for those.
Finally, we want to express our sincere gratitude to you all who listen and support us. Thank you for helping us create this movement and continually grow the show and mission. We couldn't do it without you and love you all.

Cam Sinclair is an X Games Gold Medalist (2010), a current Nitro Circus Performer, ex Crusty Demon's Stuntman and arguably one of the most extreme sportsmen that has come out of Australia.
Cam welcomed us to his beautiful property where we had an amazing conversation surrounded by his career awards and accolades in his trophy room. To say Cam has lived life on the edge would be an understatement. He is a true definition of a daredevil.
Cam shared with us where it all began when he was head hunted by the Crusty Demons alongside best mate Blake 'Bilko' Williams. And of course some of the mischief they got up to.
He took us behind the scenes to what it is like touring, performing and partying around the world with Travis Pastrana and the Nitro Circus team and the story of them getting their own MTV Show.
But the story that took our breath away was one of true resilience and something that is almost impossible to believe. The story of becoming an X Games Gold Medalist only a year after almost losing his life attempting the double backflip. Only two other men had achieved it at that time and the crash resulted in Cam spending 7 days in a coma in Madrid. But the comeback story is one of true bravery and reward.
He talked about the pressure to continuously wow the crowd with something they haven't seen before and the risks associated with this. And the difficulty to create something that hasn't been seen before due to social media saturation. Cam even explained why he thinks it mat be too late to become a freestyle motocross performer.
Plus find out Cam's life off the bike, his crazy schedule and his love for family.

We are back for another episode of The Dos & D Show and we are pumped! There is plenty to unpack on this one.
We share one of the stories we've been hanging onto for a couple of weeks now. And it is hilarious. All we'll say is that we got caught buying an embarrassing product by a former guest of the show. The way we handled it is simply pathetic.
What is the most condescending name you can be called? We go through the worst possible names to be called by both guys and girls and the ones that make us cringe the most. (Plus the ones that are socially accepted)
Angry boys is back and gym knobs are the target. We both had to let off some steam after some infuriating behaviour and terrible etiquette was displayed.
How famous do you have to be to drop your name to someone you haven't met and expect them to know who you are? One of our guests did that right in front of our eyes and left us shocked and pondering that exact question. Who did we come up with had the right to do it?
We discussed a rhetorical question that made us wonder if we were to die today, who would we want our phone's possession in plus so much more. So sit back, relax and enjoy another episode of Dos & D Uncut.

Jarrad Grant is a former AFL player who played 81 games for the Western Bulldogs and 14 games for the Gold Coast Suns, booting 94 goals across his 10 year career.
Jarrad talks about the ups and downs of being in the AFL system from the highs of being drafted at pick 5 and kicking 6 goals in a game, to the lows of being delisted and the rawness of that feeling.
Jarrad is a bloody funny bloke though and this podcast was full of laughs.
He shared some of the great Rodney 'Rocket' Eade sprays (including the one that has been doing the rounds on social media over the past couple of years), the prank Barry Hall played on him that you won’t believe and the infamous Triple M interview that sparked him into a cult figure across the AFL when Garry Lyon dropped the nickname “Microphone Head”.
Jarrad shared one particular story that we couldn’t believe that happened at the mid way point of a season. Your ears will prick up when you hear this one involving coach Brendon McCartney.
We talked about pre season camps, playing alongside superstars like Gary Ablett Jnr, the Bulldogs Premiership win of 2016 and so much more.

Tom Bishop is an entrepreneur, innovator, investor and was a multi millionaire before the age of 30.
He is the Elon Musk of Australia. Since he was a kid, Tom has always been building businesses and trying to find solutions to problems in the world. From garage sales and flipping stuff on eBay, to building websites from the age of 13, Tom was simply born to be an entrepreneur.
Currently he owns and runs multiple businesses including his own workwear safety brand Gen X Safety.
Tom shared some great tips on how to start your very own online e-commerce store and the simple steps make it happen. Including expensive mistakes he made along the way and why we should solve problems first rather than chase cash.
Tom filled us in on the most current tech and world trends and his predictions on what the world will look like in the next 5-10 years. Including the Metaverse, robotic cities and self driving cars.
Tom told us one of our favourite stories we've heard on the show so far. A business decision which made him millions of dollars right before a certain global event hit. And trust us when we say this will prick up the ears of the conspiracy theorists.
On top of that Tom shares some incredible insights and the mindset around drowning out people that don’t understand your vision and staying focused on your mission, plus so much more.

James Hird is an AFL Hall of Famer and legend. His accolades speak for themself. 2 x AFL Premierships, Norm Smith Medalist, Brownlow Medalist, Essendon Team of The Century, Former Essendon Captain and Coach just to name a few.
We're still pinching ourselves that we got to sit across from James and had the chance to chat all things footy and life with him.
We got a great insight into James Hird the person away from football including his passions, hobbies and day to day non negotiables.
He shared what he believes it takes to have courage. Not from only a football sense but in life too. We learned about leadership, high pressure moments and media scrutiny and what he learned over the years to overcome some of the most challenging moments he's had to face. Including being open about his public mental health battle a few years ago.
James took us inside the locker room with some great footy club stories. Including some of the most torturous training sessions, a classic Kevin Sheedy story that will have you in stitches and even the battle for footy's sexiest player against the great Shane Crawford.
He shared his perspective about how football clubs have evolved from his time spent in them. The shift from semi professional to a professional environment and what that meant culturally and socially.
There are so many other teasers we could list off but hear it from the man himself. If you're a sport lover you're going to enjoy this one for obvious reasons. But if you're not, there's so much to take from James' life lessons and stories.
He is an incredibly giving, humble and kind individual and we're so grateful for James taking the time to sit down with us.

We're so excited to bring you another episode of the show.

On the back of an interview we did a few weeks ago with The Bucket List Guy, Trav Bell, we share just a few of our bucket list items we're aiming to complete. Some won't be what you'd expect. As well as sharing how you can do the exciting exercise in your own life.
Tightarse of the week returns and this time we're throwing somebody else under the bus. Terrible form from this particular individual and to make matters worse, we reveal a certain detail about him that no one could believe.
Our troll of this week had their sights set firmly on D this week. We were left shocked by this comment. You'll crack up when you hear it and we'd love to know how you would interpret it. Is it the world's weirdest compliment or the world's weirdest put down?
Last week's segment of being caught watching explicit adult material went nuts during the week. But what did Dos get caught trying to do for free? One more reveal leaves Dos red faced.

We're back together for another episode of the show. And this is quite an embarrassing one.
