Caden "Cados" MacDonald & Connor Rogers are the hosts of the "Goes Alright" Podcast, content creators, self-proclaimed nuffy supporters and YouTubers.
It's been a huge year for the lads with the launch of their podcast and it was great to sit down and reflect on the year that has been.
They told the story of how "Goes Alright" came about and the Dylan Buckley phone call that sparked it all. Not only that, but the relationship they have with Dyl and what they are learning by working alongside him.
It's no secret that the passion these boys have for their footy clubs secure them comfortably in the nuffy category. But where do they sit on the scale? They share the nuffiest things they have done, involving hunting down a current AFL coach's email address for some feedback and a phone call to a talk back radio program with a plan to revolutionise the game forever!
We love chatting with like minded people but their rise from turning a passion into a full time income is something to be admired. It is a wonderful testament to the opportunities out there to start something you love from scratch and turn it into an income stream.
As always, we address the fan questions and there is non-stop laughs in this episode. So without further a do, here are the "Goes Alright" boys, Cados MacDonald & Connor Rogers.

#119 - Tommy Sheridan - The AFL Larrikin Making Waves
Monday Nov 14, 2022
Monday Nov 14, 2022
Tommy Sheridan played 83 AFL games across 9 seasons for both the Fremantle Football Club and GWS Giants. He is the founder of Rixx Eyewear and Digital Sports Club, Ausmerican Aces.
It was great to sit down with Tommy and hear how he has transitioned from an AFL Player to a podcaster and the two very different worlds.
He shared the opportunities he started to get later in his career at GWS to spend more time in the media and the encouragement the club gave him to be his authentic self. It shows why he is so passionate about showcasing footballer's personalities on longer media formats like podcasting.
There were plenty of laughs as Tommy opened up about a couple of hilarious footy club stories that will have you in absolute stitches, while it also highlights the scrutiny players live under when in the AFL system.
We have loved working with Tommy and Ausmerican Aces over the most recent footy season and it was awesome to have the great man in the studio for a chat and laugh!
This one is full of some serious belly laughs, you guys will love it!

#118 - Blake ’Bilko’ Williams & Cam Sinclair - Nitro Circus Legends
Monday Nov 07, 2022
Monday Nov 07, 2022
Blake 'Bilko' Williams & Cam Sinclair are Nitro Circus & Crusty Demons Legends, X Games Gold Medalists and best mates.
What a treat it was to record this podcast at Bilko's Australian home (while currently visiting from his permanent home in America) and sit amongst two absolute legends of the sport.
The boys shared with us how they became mates, the earliest memories of their journey and everything else along the way!
Last time we interviewed Cam we heard the incredible story of almost losing his life in a freak accident. This time, we got to hear Bilko's perspective and how it effected the pair.
But it was the stories that can only be told by best mates that made this podcast such a joy to be a part of.
They told the craziest tales from on the road, in the backyard, at parties and even airports while of course throwing each other under the bus.
You'll hear about the time Cam almost got himself fired for a prank gone wrong, Bilko smashing a hotel painting and hiding the evidence and many other stories you just won't believe.
So sit back and enjoy two absolute goat's of the sport, Blake 'Bilko' Williams and Cam Sinclair.

#116 - Matthew Richardson - The Tiger King
Monday Oct 24, 2022
Monday Oct 24, 2022
Matthew "Richo" Richardson is an AFL Hall of Famer, Richmond Football Club Legend & Current Media Commentator with Channel 7 & 3AW.
He is a 3 x AFL All Australian, Richmond Team of the Century, Jack Dyer Medalist, 13 x Richmond Leading Goal Kicker (800 in total) and one of the most popular players to play the game.
It was a true honour to welcome Richo into the Dos & D studio and sit across from him as he shared some of the all time great stories.
We talked about the year that has been and the big lifestyle change that happens after the AFL seasons concludes, which includes a little insight of Richo outside of footy.
He shared some behind the scenes insight of life in the media. Including staying neutral and avoiding any bias comments (and the one time it slipped out), the impact of Bruce McAvaney, voiceovers for videogames and of course the 2017 Richmond Premiership.
Just wait until you hear one particular "BT" story. It will have you in stitches!
As the trade period has just finished, Richo shared what it was like to be headhunted by other clubs, including the ones that made big plays to get his signature! On the flip side, it was fascinating to hear his involvement of trying to help recruit stars of the competition to Tigerland in days where Richmond wasn't a destination club.
We laughed our heads off at one particular Danny Frawley story that you won't believe happened and of course his relationship with Nathan Brown. Plus the one day they may have got a little ahead of themselves.
This episode is full of great stories including the most painful pre season training sessions, his positional change to the wing and everyone's favourite...footy trips!
Richo is an incredibly humble, giving and kind person and we can't thank him enough for giving us some of his time. You will love this one!
So sit back and enjoy the one and only, king of Tigerland, Matthew Richardson.

#115 - We’ve Landed in Hot Water
Monday Oct 17, 2022
Monday Oct 17, 2022
Welcome back to another special episode of Dos & D uncut in between some huge interview episodes of the show!
Speaking of huge interviews, it's fair to say that last week's episode blew up! So much so that it landed Dos & D in a few newspaper articles and some hot water. But it wasn't the context of the articles that caught our eye...the name they gave to Dos did!
Find out what they called him as we reflect on classic stories of our names being mispronounced at inopportune times.
People who know us well, know that we spent some of our early adult years working in the events space, led by our wonderful Fathers. As these stories tend to be everyone's favourites, we thought we'd share the hilarious times we stuffed up bad and the lessons we learnt of what not to do when the heat is on!
Dos' girlfriend bought him the latest version of FIFA which has been given a good run throughout the Dos & D household. With the annual launch of the game brings back years of memories. Some good, others bad. But you just won't believe who got caught doing what a couple of years back.
Social Media comment of the week returns plus many more laughs.
So kick back and enjoy your favourite time of the week! We love you all.

#113 - Glen Boss - Australia’s Greatest Jockey
Monday Oct 03, 2022
Monday Oct 03, 2022
Glen Boss is one of Australia's most beloved jockeys and a national icon who famously rode Makybe Diva to 3 straight Melbourne Cup victories. He won 4 Cox Plates as well as the Australian Cup, Sydney Cup, Brisbane Cup, Golden Slipper and just about every other race in the country.
It was a real 'pinch yourself' moment to sit down with Bossy and what an incredible man he is. This conversation had it all.
Bossy took us inside the stables as to what life is really like as a jockey. He told us about 3.30am starts for track work, communicating and building relationships with trainers and owners, the dangerous levels he pushed his body to cut weight, inside the dressing room and even dealing with angry punters!
What was really fascinating though was the psychological preparation he did before major race meetings. He shared with us the differences between being in and out of form, visualization and mindfulness techniques and the practice of looking himself in the mirror that would tell him if he was on or not.
Bossy reminisced on the famous 3-peat Melbourne Cup victories on board Makybe Diva. Including a story of riding her for track work on Mornington Racecourse, 3 days out from the big day and the feeling of confidence that they were about to make history. He shared what makes her such a champion athlete and the special bond she had with him and the fans.
He even went deeper with the bond Australian's have with horses and why they are such beautiful animals who love to compete. It was an insight you rarely get to hear.
But it wasn't just racing that we talked about. Glen went deep on the pressures young people face today and his passion for following your own path. He shared some incredible wisdom and empathy towards people who suffer from mental illness as a result of today's pressures and the constant need to compare.
There are just too many take-aways to mention but we know you will absolutely love this one.
Bossy is wise, humble and a lot of fun!
So enjoy our chat with Australia's favourite jockey, the legend himself, Glen Boss.

#112 - Brothels & The Bizarre Ways To Die
Monday Sep 26, 2022
Monday Sep 26, 2022
We are back for another Dos & D uncut episode and have levelled up! Bringing you a better listening experience with upgraded mics and our new best friend...the rodecaster pro! Not only that, we have some exciting news to tease to you all.
But outside of that, we are back with our normal shenanigans.
Have you ever been curious to know what goes on inside a brothel? So have we. In a hilarious segment, D dissects a brothel's website and boy do we learn a lot. Which leads to one of the funniest stories you'll hear of someone getting sprung at one.
Dos met a flight attendant at a party and whilst in conversation with him, learnt the procedure of when a person dies onboard the aircraft. Which made us do some research on the most bizarre ways people have passed away. It may be a touchy subject, but it will be tough not to giggle at some of them!
In the spirit of the AFL Grand Final, we decided to do something quite unique. We are creating our inaugural Dos & D Show's Guest All Australian Team. We are taking nominations now, so listen up to how it works and what we're doing. We will be including all our wonderful guests from the past but we need your help to build the team. It will be a laugh!
And Dos gets pranked by D live on air as he fell into a trap he didn't see coming. It may have involved a certain adult entertainer too...
As always sit back, enjoy and have a laugh along with us. We love you all for listening!

#111 - Archie Thompson - Life Off The Pitch
Monday Sep 19, 2022
Monday Sep 19, 2022
Archie Thompson is one of the most beloved players in A-League history. He made 224 appearances for Melbourne Victory, scoring 90 goals across his 11 seasons, including 5 goals in the famous inaugural 2005 A-League Grand Final. He famously scored 13 goals in a World Record 31-0 win for Australia against American Samoa.
These days you'll find Archie as part of the A-League coverage for Paramount as well as the Australian F1 Grand Prix and Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival.
Archie voiced his views into why players should be given more freedom in showing their personalities to the public. And he didn't hold back!
He talked about the 2006 World Cup campaign with the Socceroos and what really happened off the pitch. Including some wild parties in London.
Archie shared what it was like not getting paid when playing overseas in Belgium, and the difficulty of not being in the Manager's plans. He even told us a crazy story of being dropped to train with the under 12's!
But what was really refreshing was the way he has gone about life and listening to him speak his mind. Including how he sees the current state of the A-League and why it has been so tough competing with other codes like AFL and NRL.
Archie was raw, honest and really spoke from the heart. Even if you aren't a football fan, the insight Archie gives is absolutely incredible.
So enjoy our chat with Australian Football Royalty, Archie Thompson.
