Frankie Evans is a truly successful professional model. If you live in Melbourne, you've probably seen her face on a billboard, on a tram, in the paper or in your favourite store.
Frankie joined us on the show nearly 9 months ago and people absolutely loved it! In fact, she is one of our most requested returning guests.
Back then, we covered what life is really like as a professional model, her career and story, how she earns doing what she does and so many more behind the scenes stories of an industry that we don’t hear too much about. By the way, that’s episode 101 if you want to back and listen.
But this time, we chatted about a bunch of different topics to hear more about Frankie Evans the person and open discussions about a range of things.
Frankie caught us up on what’s happened recently with her including getting engaged, buying a property and her latest work-related news.
Frankie elaborated further on how modelling jobs and payment works as well as her thoughts of the industry currently. Like why companies opt for the politically correct option of hiring as many diverse people as possible for shoots and how that affects her and makes things even more competitive for the traditional model look.
But it didn’t take long for the conversion to move into some interesting areas.
Frankie shared why she gets approached almost every year to go on reality TV shows like Love Island and Survivor and the reason she never did.
She also opened up on her views of platforms like only fans and the fleeting thought she once had to join it.
We talked about big influencer events and what goes on at them. Plus, the sometimes-awkward situations that occur.

Catherine Lyell is the founder and owner of Integrated Men's Health. Which specialises in sexual health, porn addiction and sexual abuse. Whether it's overcoming porn addiction, erectile disfunction, premature ejaculation or other sexual health issues, Catherine is go-to person to treat you.
Since we last spoke with Catherine, she now also works with women, couples and teenagers who may have dealt with sexual abuse or intimacy issues. And that's really what we covered today.
Last time Catherine was on the show (Episode 59) we covered a range of topics but really focused on what porn does to your brain and the long-term effects.
This time, we took a more holistic approach between the genders and really dived into the dating world and what a sex life should look like. She shared how often we should be masturbating and what orgasm should really feel like. Trust us, the answers will shock you!
Catherine has written an incredibly comprehensive book about the dangers of porn addiction and how it can shape your life. So there is no better person to talk to regarding this. We covered what classifies addiction and how it becomes so and why it is directly linked to premature ejaculation and erectile disfunction. Plus, the rapidly growing epidemic of sexual abuse cases.
On the flip side though, we heard about the amazing outcomes of working on this area of your life, and becoming what Catherine defines as a "sex god".
This episode is unreal and has so many jaw dropping moments. Please be advised though, this episode is quite graphic so if you have little kids around, you may want to come back and listen when they're not within earshot!

Welcome back to The Dos & D Show and the first uncut Podcast in over 2 months! And we have a few things to get off our chests!
So much has happened between then and now including a move to a brand-new house/studio, an interstate trip & of course plenty of drama along the way.
We're at the age where a lot of our friends are beginning to get married including one of our close mates. And we all know what that means...bucks parties. Not only did we dissect the most recent bucks party and what went on, we dived back into a couple from the past. What happens when you book a last-minute stripper? Or better yet, what happens when an excited stripper accidentally injures one of the members of the audience? You'll find out, and more...
Due to all this wedding talk, we have uncovered a few harsh financial truths about the happiest day of the lovers' lives. Dos & D ended up on a hilarious rant about some of these new 'traditions' that have popped up over the past few years which is making the day extremely expensive. Over the top engagement parties, Oscar nominated wedding videos, flowers, suits and more. It just made us question is it all necessary?
On the last uncut episode, you may recall we were on our way to try and save our hard drive with 2 and half years worth of content. Unfortunately, it wasn't successful. However, this gave us a perfect opportunity to re-tell some of the loyal Dos & D Listeners favourite old stories. The funniest moment we may have ever witnessed at the previous home when a former guest took an unfortunate tumble in the mud and the infamous wild Dos & D story of our first night out upon moving in together. These will have you in stitches.
Finally, Dos and his girlfriend celebrated their first anniversary together with a romantic trip to the hot springs. However, if you know Dos, everything that could possibly annoy him, happened. Dos shares the hilarious experience as we debut a new segment - Overrated/Underrated.

Kayo Marbilus is an ARIA Charts Recording Artist, Song Writer, Rapper & Music Producer.
In the past we've welcomed various guests from the music industry on this show but we were yet to sit down with someone in the Rap or Hip Hop world...that is until this episode.
Kayo shared his unique story. From his rise up the ranks in humble beginnings in Canberra, to becoming a big name player in the industry today.
Kayo shared his musical influences, the keys to writing lyrics, overcoming writer's block, producing & mixing beats and we even got our very own Dos & D exclusive when he played us a sample of a track he is going to release later this year. And it will be a banger!
Outside of music, we dived into Kayo as a person.
We had a great conversation about dealing and overcoming racism as a young man who moved to Australia from Ghana at only 2 years old.

Ky Furneaux is a leading survival expert, Stunt Woman, TV Host, Presenter & Author.
You may know Ky from Discovery's "Naked & Afraid" or "Outback Lockdown". But even if you don't recognise Ky from TV, you almost certainly have seen her work in your favourite movies.
Ky is a woman of many talents and there are so many avenues we went down in this conversation.
Ky is a world leader in survival and knows all the tricks in the book to stay alive under extreme conditions. We picked her brain on what do when faced in life threatening situations outdoors and the key elements to staying alive.
But that is easy work for Ky. She has appeared on numerous occasions on Discovery's hit TV program, Naked & Afraid. The premise? To survive 21 days in an extreme environment with a stranger. With nothing but one item at your disposal...and totally naked! Boy, does she have some stories on that!
For 16 years Ky worked in Hollywood as a leading stunt woman and how's this for a CV! Amongst over 100 blockbuster movies she has been a part of are The Avengers, Pirates of the Caribbean, White Chicks, Scooby-Doo, Thor, 2012, X-Men and Snakes on a Plane!

Bailey Wright is a professional footballer and Socceroo who currently plays for Rotherham United in the English Football League Championship.
Bailey has represented the Socceroos 27 times including 1 appearance at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
He played 179 games for Preston North End, 72 for Bristol City, 89 for Sunderland and 5 games for his newest club, Rotherham United.
We interviewed Bailey 2 years ago on the show (episode 33 to be exact) where he heard his incredible story and rise to where he is today. But this time, we got to chat with Bailey about his most recent accolades and achievements.
Bailey lifted the lid on his recent Deadline Day Loan move to Rotherham and everything that happens on that huge day!
Last season, his parent club, Sunderland, were promoted to the EFL Championship via the play-offs in a historical moment for one of the biggest and most famous clubs in England.
Bailey took us behind the scenes of that massive day, but more incredibly, the lead up to it. Bailey was taken ill by food poisoning only days before one of the biggest games of his life and to stay isolated from the rest of the group in case he was contagious.
Then, he got flown by private helicopter to Wembley Stadium, London before being declared fit and able to play.
We hear all the amazing stories of the day and the emotions that came with it.
But almost above all of that, Bailey represented the mighty Socceroos at the 2022 Qatar World Cup. After so many years and agonizingly missing out, he finally got his moment to represent his country at the World's biggest stage.
We heard the incredible highs of being part of Australia's best ever World Cup result, but also the heartbreaking lows of hearing the news of the loss of his mother in law shortly after the game. It's a tough one to listen to.
We got great insight inside the camp, the awe of coming up against Mbappe & Messi, Qatar facilities and much more!
Plus, we reminisced about our time spent with Bailey in the UK which brought plenty of laughs.

Sam was kind enough to join us on the show and tell his story of not only his fast and huge come up in the social media space, but the true stories and inspiration behind why he started making the style of content he does and the battles he's had to face.

Sam Harper is a professional cricketer and a superstar of the BBL. He is a wicket-keeper batsman who currently has a first-class average of 27.27 for Victoria & 21.86 in T20 competition, most recently playing for the Melbourne Renegades.
Sam was gracious enough to give us his time, take us behind the scenes and share what life is really like as a professional cricketer.
He shared his story and what it was like signing his first Victorian contract at only 17 years old and walking into a star-studded dressing room! As well as explaining what his day-to-day consists of and his ambition to represent Australia and play more cricket abroad.
Sam was so open and honest about the highs and lows of Big Bash Cricket.
From the blistering heights including that famous BBL final against the Stars and the moments that took place out in the middle and playing alongside some of the all-time T20 greats like Aaron Finch and Andre Russell, to the realistic lows that each cricketer faces like form slumps and internal and external pressure.
And to really get your total cricket fix, Sam even shared the art of sledging, cricket lunches and the one bowler who keeps him awake at night!
On top of all that, we got a fantastic glimpse into Sam's personal life away from the game. You'll hear how much his family means to him, the actions he takes to better himself as a person and the passion he has for community and being a role model.
