Blake Manwaring was a victim of a "coward attack" and has an amazing story. He is about to embark on a 100km run to raise awarness and stop the coward punch.
Blake was only 20 years old when we was minding his own business after a night out and was swiftly and brutally assaulted by being kicked from the chin, up, and sending him straight to hospital.
Blake shares the horrific details of his attacked and the aftermath him and his family have had to endure in the recovery process.
But even Blake admits that he's one of the lucky ones. Some victims have had their life taken from them immediately from one punch of hitting their head as they fall.
Plus, we talk about how to diffuse situations, protecting yourself and friends when things begin to escalate and the reasons why king hits and coward attacks must end.
Although this is not the typical Dos & D episode, this podcast is a powerful one with the importance of a message that should not be lost.
Whether you're in the prime of your going out days, about to become legal and do so, or a parent of some who is. No matter your age or gender, there is something in this message for everyone and something we can do to help.
So, sit back and listen to Blake Manwaring's brave and unbelievable story.

Natalie London is the Director of Project Rescue Children. PRC rescues & protects hundreds of children across the globe from child sex trafficking, organ harvesting & pedophiles.
For the first 25 minutes or so Natalie shares more about herself & her career leading up to working with Project Rescue Children. From then on in we go deep into the dark and disgusting world which many of us are naive to.
Natalie shares with us the alarming amount of people who exist in a dark web community of pedophiles and their horrific colluding to swap images, grooming and even ways to avoid serious punishment when caught.
Plus, the high-powered members of society who are a part of it as well.
Natalie explains how innocuous photos online of young kids posted by their parents can quickly make them the target for these scumbags.
We learn about what is happening abroad and how children get sold into child sex trafficking and organ harvesting. Some of the most gruesome stuff you're likely to hear.
You'll also be shocked to hear how and why so many get away with the most disgusting of crimes here on our shores, but the trips westerners take to third world countries to take part in the unthinkable.
But once your eyes are opened to what is going on, you'll hear the incredible life saving work Natalie and PRC are doing to bring this information into the light and put an end to it.
As hard and disturbing as this episode may be to listen to, we know it's such an important message to get out as we don't hear enough about it.
Brace yourself for this one folks, here is the incredible, Natalie London.

Welcome to The Dos & D Show's 150th episode! And this one we can safely say is like nothing we've ever done before!
We wanted to try something special to celebrate such a milestone episode.
So, we decided to do something that we have never done in the 149 previous episodes. Interview each other. No rules, no preparation for the questions and as raw and as honest as you can imagine. To be honest, at times even uncomfortable.
Sex, religion, politics, regrets, genuine fears, you name it, we covered some of the deepest topics possible.
Plus, for the first time on The Dos & D Show, we threw the fan questions from you, to us! We answer the best fan questions written in and some of them are absolute beauties!
Thank you to you all who have been along for the ride. It has been a huge 3 years and we ain't stopping any time soon!
We couldn't do what we do without you, so from the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We love each and every one of you.

Mason De Wit & Ben Farish are Founders & CEO's of Speak & Share, a not-for-profit organisation who encourages tough conversations to break the stigma of mental health.
If you're based in Victoria, you would have had to be living under a rock not to have heard of the incredible work these lads are doing or seen their iconic sunflower on hoodies or hats passing by.
In the space of a couple of short years, these boys have set up a movement that is sweeping through the town both online and in schools, sporting clubs & workplaces.
The simple message - "A problem shared is a problem halved" is impacting so many and today we get to dive into the guys behind the charity, business and movement and learn all things Speak & Share.
On this podcast not only will you hear why these lads started and the work they actually do (including putting us through an exercise live on the show) but we get right in behind the scenes of actually running a charity, how money is distributed and the business component of a movement as large as theirs.
And in true Dos & D fashion, we have a laugh as the boys discuss some of the biggest mistakes they've made on the journey so far and share stories of times when things didn't quite go to plan.

#147 - Queensland Uncut & We Came Face to Face with Our Greatest Fear!
Monday May 29, 2023
Monday May 29, 2023
Dos & D uncut returns and this time we're coming from Northern New South Wales as we unpack a massive week of content filmed across the Gold Coast and Brisbane area!
As we spent our week in quite a tropical environment, the inevitable happened. We came face to face with D's greatest fear...a giant spider. That prompted us to go over some of our greatest fears with hilarious results. You won't believe the children's character that keeps Dos awake at night.
For a lot of Aussies who live in the southern states, the Gold Coast is a popular holiday destination. Especially for a summer family getaway. D re-shared one of the Dos & D fan favourite stories of all time that will be sure to leave you in stitches.
Our wonderful videographer and Editor Ralph has moved into the Dos & D household and he brings with him a healthy sprinkle of youth. The boys have been trying to entertain him which has meant winding the clock back with some late nights of going out. Unfortunately, it has made us feel quite old. On that theme, we decided to look back at the year 2013 and make ourselves feel older by discovering what movies, songs & trends are turning 10 years old. You've been warned.
Plus, we share some of the worst and funniest tumbles we've taken as one of us hit the deck in a dramatic way!
We love a Dos & D uncut episode and this one will not disappoint coming to you from a brand new state!
Enjoy!

#146 - Haunted Down Under - Investigating the Paranormal
Monday May 22, 2023
Monday May 22, 2023
Nadine Gray & Celine Mackie are paranormal investigators, explorers and the founders of Haunted Down Under.
You may have come across their content on YouTube or seen their series on Amazon Prime. But if you haven't, we suggest you definitely check it out!
When it comes to topics and interviews that we are relatively naive in but are utterly fascinating, this is it.
We sat down with the ladies to find out how Haunted Down Under started and what made them begin investigating the paranormal.
Going into this interview, we were quite skeptical, but it didn't take too much convincing and evidence to quickly change our minds.
Not only are you going to hear audio captured from their investigations, but they explain in detail how they can determine who or what they're speaking to, what they've just encountered & actually show some of the tools and equipment they use.
They shared some of the most chilling moments they've had, the most scared they've ever been and the freakiest things to have happened while exploring.
Plus, we got a whole lot of education about what actually is a ghost and how to communicate/deal with one with one, what defines a haunting and the types of hauntings that can occur and some of the reasons as to why you may sometimes see, feel or hear something you just can't explain!
Whether you're a skeptic or totally on board with all things paranormal, we guarantee you'll find this interview absolutely fascinating. And there's a good chance you may finish listening feeling a little creeped out.
Enjoy the most chilling episode of The Dos & D Show with Nadine and Celine from Haunted Down Under.

#145 - Amy Sheppard & Lachie Stuart - The Ultimate Power Couple
Monday May 15, 2023
Monday May 15, 2023
Amy Sheppard is a singer, songwriter and star of the huge band "Sheppard". Lachie Stuart is a men's high-performance coach, podcaster and founder of "The Man that Can Project". Together, they are the hosts of the "Couple Goals" Podcast.
This very special episode comes to you from sunny Brisbane and Amy's family home.
Separately, we could interview both Amy and Lachie for hours as they both have incredible stories and successful careers in industries that are tough to make it in. And we did chat to Lachie individually on episode 70 that you need to check out after listening to this one.
But today's episode is unique as we dive into their unbelievable relationship which has to balance thriving businesses, global music tours and sometimes, lots of time spent apart.
They share the story of how they met in a time just before they were both about to achieve huge success and the early days of their relationship and the changes to behaviour that had to be made rapidly to make it work.
We hear the story of when Sheppard’s global smash hit “Geronimo" blew the band up and the immediate change to lifestyle that occurred when suddenly Amy was touring around the world playing festivals, sporting events and the biggest tv shows in the world like Ellen.
Lachie opened up about the feeling of trying to build something he believed in while watching from the sidelines while his now wife lived her dream and found global success.
We were incredibly lucky to get a glimpse into their crazy and sometimes public relationship. Lachie was vulnerable when he shared the thought that Amy may leave him when Sheppard signed their first major deal that would make him go back to his former lifestyle. But it was amazing to hear Amy’s perspective, support and belief in Lachie that he would become the man he is today.
We had plenty of laughs discussing dating, pet peeves and of course the cringiest pet names. While their insight into making a relationship so strong in a high-performance couple is second to none. There is something for everyone in this episode!
We can't thank them enough for taking time out of their super busy schedules to have an awesome chat with us.
Enjoy the amazing power duo who are Amy Sheppard & Lachie Stuart.

#144 - Josh Dunkley - The Superstar Lion Uncaged
Monday May 08, 2023
Monday May 08, 2023
Josh Dunkley is a superstar midfielder in the AFL currently playing for the Brisbane Lions. He is an AFL Premiership player (2016) and Best and Fairest winner (2022) with his former club, Western Bulldogs where he played 116 games and booted 65 goals.
We had the great pleasure of sitting down with Dunks in Brisbane during our time in Queensland and got to dive into his life on and off the field. And the first thing we found out is what a great bloke he is!
Josh shared how he is settling into Brisbane and the huge lifestyle change it has been. He touched on how the trade from the Western Bulldogs went down, the characters that has surprised him at the Lions and the differences between the two clubs.
We got a great insight at his time at the Western Bulldogs and the highs and lows of the journey. From the unbelievable heights of winning a flag in his first season to the lows of a playing in a losing grand final, Dunks shared it all. Plus, the incredible emotions of winning the Best & Fairest days after leaving the club to join the Lions.
We had a laugh when talking about the best spray he has been on the receiving end of, Luke Beveridge's famous themed rounds and what Tom Liberatore said to him when he nailed him in a ferocious tackle, seconds into Dunks' first game against his former team.
And of course it would be rude not to ask Dunks about Adam Treloar and their fascinating friendship and to hear why they have such a strong bond.
It was intriguing to hear a current player's perspective on what's happening around the game currently. Josh shared his views on players in the media and clubs enabling more fan access to see what happens inside the locker rooms, showing more personality and the impact sports betting is having on the AFL and the players.
We are so grateful Dunks gave us some of his time to come in for a chat in the middle of the season and we know you guys will love every minute of this unreal chat.
Enjoy the Brisbane superstar & even better bloke, Josh Dunkley.

#143 - We Crashed a Wedding & Melbourne’s Sh*ttiest Suburbs!
Monday May 01, 2023
Monday May 01, 2023
Dos & D are back after a bunch of huge interviews and this episode is an absolute ripper!
One of our good mates tied the knot and got married. And what a beautiful wedding it was. However, Dos & D almost ruined the whole thing...and we're not exaggerating. Hear how close we came to destroying the exact moment the ceremony had begun by one of the most stressful moments we have witnessed.
Plus, that's not the end of that day's drama. We also got stranded in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of the night, with nowhere to go...
Our good mate Ralph is here from the UK and will be quite involved in the next few months of Dos & D. With him just arriving, we thought we'd theme the rest of the show around our wonderful city.
We took a look at Melbourne's suburbs and decided to share with you all the ones we think are worth visiting and the ones to certainly avoid. We guarantee though they are not what you'd expect!
This will certainly upset the locals but we did not hold back in what could be the most controversial (and funniest) Dos & D segment yet.
The other random thing Melbourne is known for is the ridiculous amount of rules it has and the bizarre things you can get fined for. We took a look at the worst rules this city has and then went further to find the strangest things you can get fined for, or even worse, go to jail for across the world. Who would've thought a simple game of bingo could be so offensive!
Plus, find out our picks of things to look out for around Melbourne and the things that we just simply don't like. We may just be your new favourite tour guides.
The next few episodes will be coming to you from Queensland and boy do we have some great things upcoming to look forward to so stay tuned for those.
As always, we're here to entertain you and hope you have a great laugh along with us. Enjoy!
