#71 - Justin Peckett - Better Leadership Through Empowering Others

Justin Peckett is the Chairman at Leading Teams. The premier leadership and culture organisation that develops high performing teams and leaders Australia wide. Justin is also a former AFL Player, playing 252 games for the St Kilda Football Club. 

With over 20 facilitators, Leading Teams works with professional sporting clubs, businesses and leaders specialising in culture change, leadership and tailored team development programs.

Justin shares with us how culture has changed over the years in the professional sport environment through his time at the Saints. 

We talked about different leadership styles and how vulnerability is often the key to a team achieving their common mission.

After sitting down with Justin it became clear to us that leadership is found everywhere. And there is a need to step up when the time arises. 

Justin mentions leadership is a skill we can all learn and become better mates, parents, colleagues and members of society.
