Adrian Richardson is a celebrity chef, TV personality, Restaurant Owner and Radio Personality. You may know him from his television show "Good Chef Bad Chef", his work on 3AW radio or you may have dined at one of his restaurants.

Richo takes us inside his world and the life he's had in the kitchen. Plus, the secret to his longevity in the hospitality game. 

He shares the 5 dishes everybody should learn to cook and the 5 essential ingredients we all need in our pantry. And as a bonus, he even gives some chef secrets to certain dishes while answering the age old question...why chilli?!

We laugh as Adrian tells times when things haven't gone to plan on TV and of course when a customer is causing absolute havoc...you won't believe the request. 

We put him through a vigorous taste test and some quick-fire questions which will be sure to reveal the hidden places in Melbourne you need to next dine at.
