"Prime Train" Tom Baulch is one of Australia's most loved content creators and biggest online stars. He is the pioneer of local footy game day vlogging and has just completed a global tour! He has a cult like following who love his fitness & wellbeing programs, content and clothing line. 

One of the good friends of the show re-joins us and what a great opportunity it was to dive deeper into the life of "Prime Train"...both in front and away from the camera. 

As always, he is super honest as he reflects on the crazy global footy tour he has just completed which included incredibly rural parts of most states of Australia and of course a game in both England & America! 

Prime opens up about how draining life can sometimes be as such a big social media star and the truth of growing up in front of the camera. We hear about the amazing perks, but also the tough lows and mistakes along the way. 

Tom opens up about the business side of running such a huge online brand and the monetary struggles, pressures & focuses to stay incredibly driven and at the top of his game. 

And speaking of that, we have an honest chat about fitness, the body positivity argument and the truth of working on your confidence & body. 

We laugh as we chat all things gym etiquette and things take a very different approach as we explore the region of porn and why it can be so dangerous.
